The Core offers fitness classes to members and the larger community with great local fitness instructors ready to create a welcoming, encouraging, and motivating fitness experience.
We cultivate a community feel in our fitness studio, where we feature dance, yoga, and tailored workouts.
Classes are scheduled in the morning, afternoons, and evenings and take place throughout the entire week to accommodate varying schedules and adapt monthly to member needs and attendance.
