The Core Cocktail Bar focuses on high-quality craft cocktails and mocktails made with local and regional ingredients. We celebrate every aspect, from the weather to the moments to the products that make Everett, Snohomish County, Washington state, and the Pacific Northwest the amazing place it is.
The Core uses ingredients from Washington and Pacific Northwest distilleries, breweries, and wineries, focusing on women and minority-owned businesses.
The Core offers a limited selection of cocktails that rotate monthly and quarterly. The bar also provides lower-priced, well-drink options and more craft, high-end products. For those who do not enjoy spirits, we provide two types of local wines and beer and cider from local breweries.
The Core also recognizes that not everyone drinks, and our members and guests often seek low-proof, local, and healthier options. The Core offers mocktails to ensure everyone can enjoy a fun, quality beverage!
